The Ho’oponopono is one of the most transformative prayers, combined of four different mantras: “I’m Sorry”, “Please Forgive Me”, “Thank You” and “I Love You”.

These breathwork practises are inspired by the Ho’oponopono. However, rather than reciting the entire prayer, you will be completing a breathwork practise designed around each of the individual mantras.

The first mantra is “I’m Sorry”. In this practise, you will be breathing into this mantra while channeling repentance. In this breathwork practise, you’re opening the door to start letting go of things you’ve said, done, been and believed.

By starting this purification process, you’re clearing out that which no longer serves you. This breath practise is an opportunity for you to release anger, sadness, shame, disappointment and any other emotions that you have held on to that you deserve to be free of. This practise is your chance to repent for the pain you’ve caused yourself and others.

If this is a one-off purchase, this practise will allow you to go deep into a space of repentance and let go of whatever you are ready to let go of, allowing you to feel lighter and freer of this inner turmoil.

That said, this breathwork is part of a four-part series. You can complete this alone or you can follow the sequence by completing the three practises to follow which you can find in the Ho’oponopono Inspired Breathwork bundle, a 4 week transformational journey.
