3. Breathwork for Gratitude

The Ho’oponopono is one of the most transformative prayers, combined of four different mantras: “I’m Sorry”, “Please Forgive Me”, “Thank You” and “I Love You”.

These breathwork practises are inspired by the Ho’oponopono. However, rather than reciting the entire prayer, you will be completing a breathwork practise designed around each of the individual mantras.

The third mantra is “Thank You”. In this guided practise, you will be breathing into this mantra while channeling gratitude for yourself and everything and everyone in your life.

If you’ve done the previous practises, you will have created some beautiful space. So, in this breathwork practise, you are transmuting the energy within you on a subconscious level which will impact your thoughts, feelings and beliefs. These changes will shift you into a space to become that which you desire.

If this is a one-off purchase, this practise will allow you to go deep into a space of appreciation for all that is.

This breathwork is part of a four part series. It can be practised as a one-off practise or you can follow the sequence by completing the other three practises before this one.
